Masters in Osteopathy and a Diploma in Naturopathy
Sandy Phanor has graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine with a Masters in Osteopathy and a Diploma in Naturopathy. In addition to this, Sandy has studied Medicine and has a Degree in Biology from University in France.
Sandy has specific interest in treating sports injuries and is qualified in kinesiology taping which is a tool important to help treat these injuries. Her goal as a Therapist is to promote healing by helping the body to restore and repair itself to perform at its optimum level.
In addition to this, Sandy has also recently been focusing on women’s well-being, which follows on from her research into whether women feel pain more acutely when menstruating.
Sandy likes to build trust and strong relationships with her patients, working closely with them by providing a first class and thorough after-care service. With a positive approach to all challenges, Sandy brings a unique blend of passion and enthusiasm to her role and, specifically, to her interactions with patients. She believes that mind and body are connected and therefore she focuses on treating the body holistically.
Based in north London, Sandy has been working with both private patients and with patients referred to her by their GPs and she has recently undertaken specialist training in stretching techniques.
Sandy is a fully qualified osteopath/naturopath and is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy and is registered with the General Osteopathic Council.
In her free time, Sandy loves to dance Salsa and Kizomba and she also includes singing as a hobby which helps her to relax.
